what to expect
Through the years, we’ve noticed one thing missing from many weddings; design coordination! We’re not talking your day of coordinator, but the holistic vision for your wedding. What feels right to you, what is a genuine reflection of your style, personality and the experience you hope to give to your guests? Often clients are pulling ideas, inspiration and opinions from many sources. It can be overwhelming and somewhat challenging to bring all those elements together.
So we’re here to help! Our design services include assistance with floorplans, linen selection, paper goods and more. This service begins at $1500 for up to 20 hours of design time leading up to the wedding (with 4 hours reserved for onsite execution and check in). *Additional hours exceeding this timeframe will be billed at $75/hr. We are not a rental company but will happily assist with selections to get your design on track!
Why do I need a wedding designer?
The real answer? You don’t. What most clients DO need is someone with enough experience to help them visualize the bigger picture. What size linen do I need for that table? What are the weight restrictions on the inside of my tent if I want a hanging installation? How do I choose a cohesive color palette? What kind of signage will I need to direct guests? These are all good questions and ones that impact your design.
